13 January 2006 - SCORM 2004 3rd Edition was released outlining several changes to the 2nd Edition that continue to make SCORM 2004 more stable and robust.

This document provides a summary of those key changes and the impacts to current SCORM 2004 2nd Edition products. It assists one to determine what changes are needed to SCORM 2004 products to migrate them to match the requirements defined in SCORM 2004 3rd Edition.
